Okay first off, I would give this 5 stars but for some reason I can't click to 5! So this is 5 stars, just some reason I can only click to 4. And clicking 4 makes it 3!
The cherry and the ghost pepper blend very well together. It's sweet while also being very hot as well. It is not a subtle heat either. You get a taste and smell of it immediately. But it doesn't overpower what you put on it and just compliments the food. I find myself right now trying it on everything but steak. I have tried it on rice balls, sausage and potatoes, chicken cutlets, etc. It works with it. Either pour it on directly (just a little unlesss you really like it hot) or keep a little to the side for dabbing.
