Orders are shipped via USPS First Class and/or UPS GROUND.
SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS: up to 3 bottles - $8.95 / 4-6 bottles - $11.95 / 7+ bottles - $13.95
CANADA , MEXICO & INTERNATIONAL FRIENDS: We do not currently have an option for international shipping in our webstore. Please email us with the items and quantities you are looking to order and your complete mailing address, so we may provide an accurate shipping cost for you. Thanks!
CROWTHING FAQ
GEMINI CROW clothing is printed by a third party facility. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds, accept returns or exchanges for ANY reason, (outside of manufacturer defect). NO EXCEPTIONS. Please refer to the sizing charts in each item description to ensure you order the proper size & prior to placing your order. We strongly encourage you to wash your apparel turned inside out and in cold water to keep the print as fresh as possible.
Gemini Crow apparel ships separately from your hot sauce order.
DID YOUR ORDER ARRIVE DAMAGED OR NOT ARRIVE AT ALL?
Did your arrive damaged during transit and contain broken bottles?
Please submit pictures of the broken bottles and damaged packaging to crow(at)geminicrow(dot)com so we can replace your order and submit a claim to the USPS.. Gemini Crow will not be held responsible for make-goods without photo evidence being provided.
Tracking information is emailed to you upon the shipment of your order. Once it is out of our hands, the tracking info will guide you of it's transit to you and an estimated delivery date. If your order shows that it has been delivered, but you don't have it, please contact your local post office and provide them with the tracking number. Unfortunately, we can not be of any assistance after it leaves our warehouse.
- Gemini Crow will not refund, nor replace orders due to incorrect shipping information being provided to us. Mailing labels are automatically generated based on the info you provide. Thank you for your understanding. Gemini Crow does not provide monetary refunds. Thank you!
