So I wasn't sure with this when I bought it. I love blackberry and I've been recently getting back to hot sauce on almost everything. I thought the taste would pull away from grilled meat but it just enhances everything. It's very good and the heat is not overwhelming.

I am a firm believer that berry sauces pair exceptionally well with red meat, and Blackberry Belle is by far the best of the best in this category. If you're looking at this and thinking, "that'd be good with dessert" - well, you aren't mistaken, but don't sell yourself short here. I would HIGHLY recommend this sauce with steak, and Gemini Crow's Cherry Darlin' drizzled over some grilled peppers, onions, and mushrooms. You'll thank me later.
